1. What are the three things you learned from this lesson? 
        I learned many things from today's lesson including the different types of transmission models from different people, the deep meaning of the word "communication" and understanding that communication is not just one-sided or linear, it requires the exchange of ideas from the sender and receiver.

2. Why do you think this lesson is important?
        It allows us to communicate more freely to others and understanding that there are many factors that can affect our communication like noises and types of channels.

3. How will you apply the insights that you learned here in real life?
        This lesson will surely help me when it comes to job application and communicating with someone. Improving my communication skills will also help me to build relationship with others.
